Agafay desert activities follow two paths through the same landscape: quad bikes, camels and horses on one side; meditation, yoga and long silences on the other. Most guests, in the end, take both.

Team-building
in the desert.

For corporate retreats and seminars, we shape an experience around your group's energy. Each programme can be combined with a meal at a local family's home or a checkpoint-based road book through the Atlas.

01 Team-building & challenge

The group divides into rotating sections: quad, camel, mountain bike, and a 'Secrets of Morocco' workshop with a quiz on local customs and traditions.

02 Koh-Lanta circuit

Inspired by the TV show. Teams compete in physical and mental challenges, form alliances, and meet at a grand finale at sunset.

03 Desert sports

Pétanque, tennis, archery, tin-can alley, dodgeball, bowling, and a three-hole foot-golf course laid across the camp grounds.

04 Self-drive 4×4

Depart Marrakech behind the wheel of a 4×4 (max four passengers), follow a road book through the Atlas trails and Berber villages, finish in the Agafay.

Agafay desert activities for every pace

Our Agafay desert activities are organised from the camp, with private guides and trusted local partners. The stone desert is ideal for exploring by quad, buggy, e-bike or mountain bike, and its gentle hills make camel and horse rides accessible to beginners. Sunrise and sunset are the most beautiful times to go out, when the light turns the plateaus gold and the Atlas mountains appear on the horizon.

If you prefer a slower day, the camp offers massages with argan oil and Moroccan verbena, yoga and meditation at the pergola, and long afternoons by the heated pools. At night, the sky above Agafay is dark enough for stargazing. Activities should be booked in advance, and our team can combine several Agafay desert activities into a full day or a team-building programme for groups. The camp is an easy day trip from Marrakech.
